Records for adult clients are kept for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of last contact.

Records for clients who were under 18 years of age at the time of service are retained until the client turns 25 years of age.

While all reasonable precautions are taken, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed as completely secure.

7. Access and Correction

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and request corrections if you believe it is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
